RACIN respects your privacy and NO information of any Customers will be disclosed to any other person or entity.

Secure Payment System
Credit Card payments are accepted via PayPal and all Direct Deposit payments are made via your Banking Provider, both are Secure Payment options.
Credit Card payments are also taken via telephone.
Registration /Log In
First time users: Please click Register to create your account – You will be then emailed a password which you use when logging in for the first time. We then recommend that you then go to My Account – select change password and create your own password for future use.
Existing Members:Please click Log In - Enter your email and password
Once registered you will be added to our mailing list – you will receive Newsletters/ Special Offers etc... related to RACIN, your details will not be given to any other person/entity.
When visiting our website and log into your account, This gives you the flexibility to place products in your shopping cart, they then remain there even if you log off and need to return at a later time to complete your order.
Please note: Any products that are held in a cart are not secured as yours until the order process is completed in full.

Shipping and Payments
RACIN will aim to process your order within 24-48 hours, once payment has been received/authorised.
If processing of your order will be delayed in any way you will be contacted via email.
Orders will be sent via TOLL-IPEC Priority or Road Express, although we reserve the right to choose another delivery service if required. All freight consignments sent are Traceable.
Items less than 5kg with reasonable cubic volume will be shipped via airfreight, with items greater than 5kg being shipped via road express unless otherwise advised by customer.
Final invoice for all purchases including freight will be sent via email within 24hrs of completion of checkout.
Payment can then be made by Credit Card, Direct Deposit or Paypal.

PAYMENT TERMS
Payments MUST be received within 7days of placing an Order - You will be emailed once as a reminder if payment has not been received, if no reply to email, Orders will then be returned to stock.

Please note that actual product colours may vary slightly from the images displayed on your screen at the time of order, due to different varieties on computer monitors.

Out of Stock Items
We aim to display if a product is out of Stock, Occassionally a stock level inconsistancy may occur, In this case you will be notified via email and given the option to cancel order based on delivery terms.

Pre Order Items
Pre Order Items must be paid in full when ordering - RACIN states on individual product if it is a pre order item. Customers will be advised when Pre Order Item is approx due into the Store. Exchange and Refunds
Exchanges and Refunds will be looked at on individual cases and final decision will be made by the business owner.
If products are damaged an exchange or refund will not be given, please keep all packaging with product or if damaged via post please do not open.
Products will not be exchanged or a refund given if they are selected incorrectly Eg: colour/size.
